Certificate iii in Individual Support

Certificate iii in Individual Support will train you in all parts of a support worker’s position, including helping with everyday activities and personal care. You will learn to help elders physically and emotionally to improve their sovereignty and well-being.

Certificate 3 in Individual Support

Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Home, and Community) in Australia is prepared to teach entry-level employees who want to operate in residential aged care establishments, community-based organizations, community care, disability care, and hospitals. This course contemplates the role of employees in the community and residential set (residential aged care facilities) who observe an individualized method to deliver patient-centered care to individuals who may need help due to aging, disability, or other reasons.

Employees must help individuals in their residences, assist with increasingly detailed requirements, and tailor care and support systems to meet personal needs with increased ‘customer’ preference. Certificate III in Individual Support will let you decide to specialize in the following scopes:

  • Home and Community
  • Disability.
