To be eligible, you need to have worked full-time for at least three years in a job that is suitable for your field education placement. You also need to show that you have the skills and abilities required by the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). Plus, your most recent year of work experience should be within the last three years when you apply for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
