Certificate 3 in Hairdressing will create all the necessary skills to work in a professional salon, such as communication skills for assisting customers and delivering the full range of cutting, colouring, perming, styling, and straightening services.
With this qualification, you will acquire the skills and knowledge to be hired as a hairdresser working as part of a group with a hairdressing background, capable of expressing in the workplace, conferring with customers, suggesting products and services, and developing and using a wide range of specialised hairdressing services on customers.
As you progress in your abilities, there may arise scenarios that require your discernment and sound decision-making. Holding yourself accountable for your work and the results it yields is crucial.
