You will study various aspects of nursing, including how the healthcare system works, nursing practices, and different areas of care like mental health, community health, and acute care. During your studies, you will also spend a minimum of 860 hours gaining practical experience in hospitals, mental health services, community health centers, and schools.

Master of Nursing USYD Entry Requirements

To meet the English language proficiency requirements for this program, you need to achieve one of the following scores:

  • PTE Academic: At least 65 overall and 65 in each of the four skills.
  • TOEFL iBT: A minimum overall score of 94, comprising 24 for listening, 24 for reading, 27 for writing, and 23 for speaking.
  • IELTS (academic module): with a minimum overall score of 7 and a minimum score of 7 in each of the four components.
  • OET: with a minimum score of Bs in each of the four components.
