In each Skilled Independent Visa 189 invitation the highest ranked individuals by point score are invited to apply for the Skilled Independent Subclass 189 visa. Those who have same points are prioritised based on the date when they reached their points score, with the expression of interest with earlier date will be given 189 visa invitation before the later date.
