The visa holders will have full work rights in Australia and must continue to work with their nominating employer.

This temporary visa lets you come to Australia to participate in events which are endorsed by the Australian Government such as COVID-19 Pandemic Event, Post COVID-19 Economic Recovery Event, and Supporting Innovation in South Australia Event.
- Remain in Australia for 12 months if you are working or have a job offer to work in the following key sectors: agriculture, food processing, health care, aged care, disability care, child care, and tourism and hospitality.- remain in Australia for 12 months if you are working for or have a job offer from a Commonwealth funded aged care service.
- Remain in Australia for 6 months if you are working or have a job offer to work in any other sector in Australia.
- Include members of the family unit in your application.
If you are a visitor to Australia with no work rights and cannot support yourself, you should make arrangements to return home. If you apply on or after 21 February 2022, you will no longer be eligible for this visa on the grounds of being unable to depart Australia due to COVID-19 travel restrictions.
You must provide a letter of endorsement from your employer to take part in the Post Covid-19 Economic Recovery event. The letter must provide the following details:
- a statement by your employer that they are receiving coordinated facilitation to relocate to Australia from the Global Business and Talent Attraction Task force.
- if the business owner has made a Global Talent visa application you must provide the Transaction Reference Number (TRN) or equivalent for the owner’s application.
- your employment history with your employer and why you are a key member of staff required to assist with the relocation of the business to Australia.
- your remuneration package, and how this remuneration meets or exceeds the Annual Market Salary Rate for your occupation in Australia.
Letter of Endorsement: You must have a letter of endorsement from the South Australian Government to take part in Supporting Innovation in South Australia.
Supporting Business Plan: If you are an entrepreneur participating in Supporting Innovation in South Australia, you must attach a copy of the supporting business plan that you provided to the South Australian Government to the visa application.
Proof of Vocational English: If you are an entrepreneur participating in Supporting Innovation in South Australia event, you must attach proof that you meet Vocational English requirements to the visa application.

You must have the necessary skills and/or experience to perform the skilled position set out in the exchange agreement.
