This visa 191 is for people who have lived, worked and studied in a designated regional area in Australia for at least 3 years on either Subclass 491 visa or Subclass 494 visa.
Subclass 191 is a permanent visa. It lets you stay in Australia indefinitely. The visa has a travel component that expires 5 years after the date of visa grant. If you wish to travel after this date, you must apply for a Resident Return visa.
If you have spouse/partner and kids, they can also be included in your Visa Subclass 191 application.

There is no 191 visa age limit to apply as long as an applicant hold an eligible visa.
The applicant had a taxable income of A$53,900 for last 3 years. If you have a partner, only one of you will need to meet this requirement.
