This Subclass 462 visa can be extended twice with each time an extension of 1 year maximum.
You must have completed 3 months of 'specified' subclass 462 work.

The visa holders have full work rights in Australia.
If you have spouse/partner and kids, they can not be included in your application.
The visa application charge for this visa application is A$650.

This visa lets people 18 to 30 years old (inclusive) have an extended holiday in Australia and work here to help fund their trip.
You must be a citizen of and hold a valid passport from one of these countries: Argentina, Austria, Brazil, Chile, People's Republic of China, Czech Republic, Ecuador, Greece, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Israel, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mongolia, Papua New Guinea (PNG), Peru, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Singapore, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkiye, Uruguay, United States of America, Vietnam.
You must not have previously entered Australia on a: Working Holiday visa (Subclass 417) or Work and Holiday visa (Subclass 462).
You must have enough money to support yourself while you are in Australia, and to leave Australia at the end of your stay. This is usually about AUD5,000 for your initial stay, plus the fare to where you are going after leaving Australia.
You might not be eligible for this visa if you have had a visa cancelled or refused while you were in Australia.
You must meet Australia's health, character, Australian values requirement and owe no debt to Australian Government.
To be eligible to apply, you must be the biological, legal (including adoptive) parent, step-parent or parent in-law of the Parent Sponsor and be at least 18 years of age. There is no balance of family test or Assurance of Support requirements for this visa.
The following industries and areas are approved for specified work:
1. Tourism and hospitality in northern, remote or very remote Australia only
2. Plant and animal cultivation in regional Australia
3. Fishing and pearling in regional Australia
4. Tree farming and felling in regional Australia
5. Mining in regional Australia
6. Construction in regional Australia
7. Bushfire recovery work in declared bushfire affected areas only, after 31 July 2019
8. Critical COVID-19 work in the healthcare and medical sectors anywhere in Australia, after 31 January 2020
Specified work is any type of work which must be the primary role, function or activity performed during your employment. Supporting work, such as book-keeping, in any industry described in the list above, does not meet the definition of specified work.
To be eligible for a second WHM visa, you must have carried out at least 3 months of specified work. '3 months' is taken to mean a period equivalent to the 3 shortest 'calendar' months of the year, that is, a minimum period of 88 calendar days, including weekends or equivalent rest days during your period of employment.
To be eligible for a third WHM visa, you must have carried out at least 6 months of specified work on or after 1 July 2019. '6 months' is taken to mean a period equivalent to the 6 shortest 'calendar' months of the year, that is, a minimum period of 179 calendar days, including weekends or equivalent rest days during your period of employment.
1. Identity documents such as passport, birth certificate, proof of name change such as marriage or divorce certificate.
2. If you are or have been married, widowed, divorced or permanently separated, provide proof such as marriage certificates, divorce documents, death certificates, separation documents or statutory declarations.
3. Provide an overseas police certificate from every country, including your home country, where you spent a total of 12 months or more in the last 10 years since you turned 16, any military service records or discharge papers if you served in the armed forces of any country.
4. Passport size photographs.
5. Provide evidence you have enough money for your stay in Australia. This is usually AUD5,000. You must also show us you have enough money to buy a ticket to leave Australia at the end of your stay, or that you already have the ticket. If you don’t attach evidence to your application, processing may be delayed.
